Step 1: Check Your Device and Browser

  • Try playing the video on a different browser, such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, to see if the issue is browser-specific.


Step 2: Clear Your Browser Cache and Cookies


Your browser cache and cookies can sometimes cause issues with video playback. Clearing your browser's cache and cookies may help to resolve the problem. Here's how you can do it:

  • Check your internet speed with www.speedtest.net, if you are not receiving the download speed you expect (per your contract with the provider) please contact your internet service provider’s support team and they will help you problem-solve.


Step 4: Try Using a Different Device


If you've tried the above steps and the video is still not playing, try using a different device. This will help you to determine if the problem is specific to your device or not.
