How to set up learner following?
Yourself and your learner will need to work together to set up the learner following feature on your account by following the simple steps below:
Your learner can grant your account access to follow their learning progress from the ‘Learner Following’ section. This tab can be accessed by heading to ‘view profile’ on the bottom left of the learner's dashboard.
A learner will be able to grant access by clicking the ‘Add new follower’ button. A pop-up will appear to ask for the input of the parent’s email address, however, an email has to already exist on the campus platform for the learner following to work. If the parent does not have an account on the campus, an error message will pop up to say that the ‘user does not exist’.
When the learner has granted the parent viewership, the name and email address of the parent will appear under ‘Followers of your progress’ on the learner’s profile.
- If you are met with a ‘user does not exist’ error, please send us an email at info@advantagelearn.com so that we can create a profile for you on the campus to enable you to set-up learner following.
