How to reset your password


If you are having trouble remembering your password it can be reset in a few simple steps. 


Step 1

When you are at the login page enter your email address. 


Step 2

Once you have entered your email address, just below where you would normally enter your password you will see "Can't remember your password or need support?".  Just below select "Click the to receive password reset email".   A password reset link will then be sent to your email address. 


Step 3:

Open your mailbox and click on the link. 


Step 4:

Create a new password and then re-enter the password to confirm. 

Once the password has been successfully created you can now login with your new password.
